A Reuters/Ipsos poll reveals that over half of Americans believe President Joe Biden received special treatment in the decision not to prosecute him for allegedly mishandling classified documents.

The poll reported 53% of respondents agreed that “Biden received special treatment because he is the U.S. President.”

A majority of respondents, including Democrats, consider Biden too old for government work.

Despite skepticism over his age and legal issues, Biden remains on par with Trump in a potential head-to-head race, indicating potential challenges for both candidates in the upcoming election.

The poll, conducted between Feb. 9-12, surveyed 1,237 U.S. adults and has a margin of error of about 3 percentage points.
