57-year-old Gal Luft has been indicted by the Department of Justice (DOJ) on eight criminal counts.

What exactly did he do? Luft claims this is a politically motivated indictment because he’s responsible for providing the FBI with bribery allegations about the Biden family’s overseas business dealings.

Just days before this federal indictment, a 14-minute video of Luft was recorded at an unknown location and published by The New York Post.

Luft makes numerous bombshell allegations about government corruption. During a 2019 meeting in Brussels, he claimed to have provided critical information to the FBI and DOJ about the Biden family, long before the 2020 presidential election.

As a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen and co-director of the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, Luft was uniquely positioned to understand how Washington, D.C. operates overseas in relation to energy, security, and economic trends.

Then-former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden are accused of accepting foreign bribes worth millions in exchange for peddling their political influence in the U.S.

Luft was arrested in February in Cyprus on U.S. charges, but fled after being released on bail. Now a fugitive, he claims that his arrest in Cyprus was intended to prevent him from testifying to the House Oversight Committee about the Biden family.

The American public quickly began referring to Luft as “the missing whistleblower” as he failed to appear before Congress to testify.

Luft is currently not in U.S. custody. Interestingly, the DOJ’s eight charges have nothing to do with his allegations about the Biden family.

Instead, prosecutors claim Luft brokered a deal for Chinese companies to sell weapons to countries including Libya, the United Arab Emirates, and Kenya.

Without a license required by U.S. law, Luft allegedly committed multiple criminal acts. He’s accused of setting up meetings between Iranian officials and a Chinese energy company to discuss oil deals.

Current U.S. sanctions prevent American citizens from assisting Iran and China in this way.

Speaking to the New York Post, Luft said, “I, who volunteered to inform the US government about a potential security breach and about compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, am now being hunted by the very same people who I informed.”

“And may have to live on the run for the rest of my life,” he added.

In Congress, the House Oversight Committee has been investigating the alleged bribery scheme against the Biden family and the FBI’s failure to act on reliable intel.

Top FBI officials expressed concerns that their informant could be “killed” if their identity were to be revealed.

Leaving a committee meeting, Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) revealed this information to Americans.=

“Just left meeting for House Oversight,” Rep. Paulina said. “The [FBI] is afraid their informant will be killed if unmasked, based on the info he has brought forward about the Biden family.”

Despite his fugitive status, Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said Luft is a “potential witness” in the Biden bribery investigation.

Senator Ron Johnson said Luft deserves legal protection so he can testify as to the allegations against the Biden family.

“Now, he’s literally fleeing for his life right now. He’s on the run. He’s an important witness,” Johnson said. “He needs to be granted immunity to be able to testify and tell his story.”
