Joe Biden was slammed on social media as Americans reacted to numerous gaffes during his first State of the Union address.

Biden is accused of “slurring” his words and losing his train of thought.

“Saucers. Squinting. Slurring,” Fox News contributor Mollie Hemingway reacted early on in the speech.

Political commentator Ann Coulter commented on another gaffe as Biden seemed to confuse the words “Ukrainian” and “Iranian.”

“Biden: ‘Putin will never gain the hearts and minds of the Iranian people!’ That’s a relief,” Coulter said.

“Is anyone else concerned that the President of the United States can barely speak?” questioned Matt Walsh.

“Biden’s speechwriters are not doing him any favors with some of these tongue twister sentences. #SOTU,” Noam Blum said.

“Same, girl, same. #SOTU,” commented Karol Markowicz, captioning a photo of a perplexed Vice President Kamala Harris.

“OMG did he just call GM ‘gem,’” Markowicz added in another post.

Hemingway also generally reacted, “Even by the standard of an audience full of politicians, something feels so fake and forced in their ‘enthusiastic’ response.”

Most notably, Biden flubbed when he called the Ukrainian people the “Iranian people,” The Daily Wire highlighted.

“To our fellow Ukrainian Americans who forge a deep bond that connects our two nations we stand with you,” Biden said. “Putin may circle Kyiv with tanks, but he will never gain the hearts and souls of the Iranian people. He will never extinguish their love of freedom. He will never weaken the resolve of the free world. ”
