Convicted child molester William Tubbs, who identifies as “Hannah,” pled guilty to molesting a 10-year-old girl when he was two weeks shy of 18, according to Fox News.
Tubbs, who is now a 26-year-old biological male, identifies as a transgender woman.
In the left-wing utopia of California, a county judge has sentenced Tubbs to serve two years in a juvenile facility for girls. Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon did the unthinkable by refusing to prosecute Tubbs as an adult.
Prosecutors confirmed that Tubbs did not begin identifying as transgender until after being taken into custody, according to Fox News.
Prosecutors said that Tubbs grabbed the 10-year-old victim by the throat, locked her in a bathroom stall and put his hands down her pants.
“This clearly shows you the dangerous aspect of the blanket policies of George Gascón,” prosecutor Jon Hatami told the Los Angeles Times.
“Here you have a person who has committed at least two separate sexual assaults of young girls who is now 26 years old and has a history of violent conduct in the past. This is not somebody who should appear in the juvenile system.”

Deputy District Attorney Shea Sanna told Fox News that two years is the maximum sentence for any juvenile in the new program over the age of 25.
Tubbs’ criminal record includes arrests for battery, drug possession and probation violations as well as a conviction for assault with a deadly weapon and a separate allegation of sexually assaulting a minor which never resulted in prosecution, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Before doing so, the judge criticized far-left District Attorney George Gascon, whose office declined to prosecute the repeat offender as an adult.
Tubbs, 26, recently pleaded guilty to molesting the girl in a women’s bathroom eight years ago when Tubbs was two weeks away from turning 18. At the time of the crime, she identified as male and went by James Tubbs. She did not identify as female until after she was taken into custody, according to prosecutors.
“Tubbs is 26 years old. Unlike George Gascon’s false narrative, she is not a ‘kid,'” L.A. Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami, assigned to the Complex Child Abuse Unit, told Fox News Digital.
“There was evidence presented at the juvenile proceedings which showed that Tubbs sexually assaulted two young girls in different incidents in the past. The child victims will suffer lifelong trauma. Tubbs also has prior violent convictions and conduct as an adult.”
Prosecutors say Tubbs walked into the bathroom of a Denny’s in 2014 and grabbed the 10-year-old by the throat, locked her in a stall, and put her hand down the girl’s pants. Tubbs stopped when another person walked into the restroom, the Los Angeles Times reported.

In L.A. County, juvenile facilities can house both females and males, but in separate areas. Tubbs will be housed with the females.
