Joe Biden has released a record number of border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States through the “Catch and Release” policy, according to data from the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse.

Biden has placed about 150,755 border crossers into the government’s Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program as of late December 2021.

An official from Syracuse University who works for the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse confirmed that this is the highest number of border crossers placed into the ATD program since its inception in 2004.

After reaching ATD, border crossers are quickly released into the U.S. with minimal tracking.

ATD will sometimes place ankle monitors on border crossers, but people are often able to tear off these monitors.

ATD will sometimes request border crossers to report to the government via telephone or be monitored by a smartphone application.

The immigration system has been fundamentally broken under Joe Biden.

Under Trump, Americans saw the lowest rate of illegal immigration in over 40 years. Under Biden, we have seen the highest rate of illegal immigration over 60 years.

Most notably, Biden ended Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy, which forced foreign nationals seeking to enter the U.S. through the southern border — illegally or without proper documentation — to be returned to Mexico. These individuals needed to wait in Mexico while their legal cases are adjudicated.

Biden, on the other hand, opened the flood gates and created a disaster. By removing this policy, it signaled that everyone can come through the border even if it’s illegally and without proper documentation. This border security program under Trump and kept migrants in Mexico as they awaited their hearings.

Not only has the Biden administration created an immigration crisis, but they have also created a major national security crisis as potential terrorists are using the southern border as a means of entering the country illegally.

U.S. Officials confirmed that they have arrested a “potential terrorist” from Saudi Arabia with ties to Yemeni terrorists at the US-Mexico border.

The 21-year-old man was arrested while trying to enter the U.S. from Mexico through Yuma, Arizona.

He was even wearing a disguise that included a jacket emblazoned with an American flag patch and another patch that stated: “Central Oneida County Volunteer.”

A “potential terrorist” with links to a number of “Yemeni subjects of interest” was captured in Arizona late last week after illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border, U.S. Border Patrol officials announced Monday.

The man is allegedly from Saudi Arabia and “is linked to several Yemeni subjects of interest.”

Speaking to Fox News on Monday morning, Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance Corps Chief Thomas Meyers said the man, whose identity has not been released, has no affiliation with the New York-based group. Meyers added that he does not know who the man is or how he acquired one of the jackets, which is outdated from the version the ambulance corps now uses.

The White House did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

The U.S. Supreme Court has recently issued a 6-3 decision that orders the Biden administration to reinstate the Trump-era Remain-in-Mexico policy. The court denied a request to stop a federal court ruling ordering the administration to reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols – which has become known as “Remain-in-Mexico.”

The Biden administration has continued to fight back in order to end Trump’s policy, but a U.S. appeals court has rejected this renewed attempt.

“The Biden administration re-issued a memo terminating MPP in the hopes it would overcome the legal challenges,” Newsmax reports.

“A conservative-leaning 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals was not convinced by the new memo,” the report adds.
