Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll removed a strange object from his pocket during the game against the Green Bay Packers.
As Carroll attempted to remove a red flag from his pocket to challenge a play, a different object was thrown to the ground.
This sparked widespread speculation from fans.
Carroll appeared to have misplaced the red challenge flag that coaches usually have in their pockets.
“NFL fans speculated what Carroll might’ve thrown on the ground,” Fox News reports.
“Initially, it looked like it might’ve been a flip phone or a computer mouse,” the report adds.
Is Pete Carroll carrying a computer mouse in his pocket?

Ari Meirov of Pro Football Focus set the record straight on social media.
Meirov suggested it was an electric hand warmer. Reports notes that this would make sense given the icy temperatures in Green Bay.
