Video caught Joe Biden appearing to fall asleep while on the job.

Appearing at the global climate summit in Scotland, Biden closes his eyes for an extended period of time and bobs his head.

At one point, a handler actually nudges Biden back to alertness.

“SO HUMILIATING,” political commentator Benny Johnson wrote to Twitter in full caps.

“Looks like BIDEN JUST FELL ASLEEP, head-jerking during the OPENING SPEECHES at COP26,” Johnson added.

“Watch as a staffer has to come wake him up to then clap for a speech he snoozed through.”

“This conference is one of the most important meetings in history,” the presenter claimed.

Becker News notes this isn’t the first time that 78-year-old Biden has been caught napping in public.

In August, Biden appeared to close his eyes for unusually long periods while meeting with Israel’s new prime minister Naftali Bennett.

Speaking of train wrecks, Biden earlier hosted a global supply chain summit at the sidelines of the G20 in Rome.

While discussing the serious supply chain disruption that Biden and his cohorts have created with their unnecessary and fascistic policies, he uttered a phrase that is notorious in history for being used about Italian fascists.

“Together, to increase our resilience and enhance our shared prosperity,” Biden said. “Now, I’m going to turn it over to Secretary Blinken to actually, uh, make the trains run on time.”

Italians would instantly be familiar with the phrase “making the trains run on time,” because it was a phrase infamously used in reference to the regime of fascist dictator Benito Mussolini.

Italians would go on to murder the fascist dictator Mussolini in the streets. The expression of Secretary of State Tony Blinken and other world leaders upon Biden saying the phrase is priceless.
