It’s been widely reported that actress Candace Cameron Bure left The Hallmark Channel after appearing in more than 30 movies spanning over a decade, particularly in Christmas-themed movies.

The high-profile actress switched to a new channel called “The Great American Family,” which she says has “more meaning and purpose and depth” in their films.

In a press release, Bure is thanking fans after The Great American Family has become one of the “fastest growing networks” in all of cable TV during the fourth quarter of the year.

“Thank you for finding us and watching Great American Family Channel,” Bure wrote to social media.

In the channel’s second year, it ranked “#1 in Total Day ratings growth in Households at +113%.

The show grew by over 100% in ages 18-49 and 116% grow in total viewership.

The network was ranked number one in “Primetime ratings growth in Households at +128% among all cable networks.”

Bure argued that Hallmark had become “a completely different network” than it had been a decade earlier.

She said the problem is due to a “change of leadership.”

Candace Bure’s new network, The Great American Country, is committed to reflecting Christian values in its films.

Audiences say the Hallmark Channel has taken a noticeable turn to the hard left amid the influence of “woke” liberals in the film industry.

Hallmark is accused of implementing left-wing activism and propaganda into its films.

Candace Bure said, “I knew that the people behind Great American Family were Christians that love the Lord and wanted to promote faith programming and good family entertainment.”

The Great American Family network was founded by Bill Abbott, the former president and CEO of Crown Media.

According to Bure, The Great American Family will continue t compete with Hallmark for audiences looking for more traditional, family-oriented content.
