The royal family shared a photo of Queen Elizabeth II’s final resting place.
The stone was placed in the King George VI Memorial Chapel with the inscription: George VI 1895-1952, Elizabeth 1900-2002, Elizabeth II 1926-2022, Philip 1921-2021 in this order.
Here is the first official picture of the Queen’s final resting place.
Buried with her husband, Philip and her parents.
The ledger stone in the George VI Memorial Chapel now reads:

Engraved in the stone is a Garter Star, symbolizing the oldest and most noble order of chivalry. They were all members of this organization.
About two dozen wreaths lay in the radius of the grave marking.
The stone can be seen by visitors from inside St George’s Chapel.

Members of the public will be able to view the Queen’s final resting place beginning Sept. 29, after the official royal mourning period is over.
Visitors will pay for the privilege of seeing the elegant stone slab as it will be included in the regular price of touring Windsor Castle, which costs about $20 each for adults.
