Joe Biden suffered another brain fart as Americans continue to watch his horrifying end-stage dementia on a daily basis.

Biden’s 30-second “verbal stumble” appeared to be triggered over the word “kleptocracy” during a press briefing about Ukraine. He also couldn’t read the simple word “accommodate.”

It was so bad that Biden himself starts laughing as he struggles to form a coherent sentence.

The only problem is, it isn’t funny because he is clearly mentally unfit to serve as president. Watch the clip for yourself:

I’m also sending to Congress a comprehensive package of — that will enhance our underlying effort to accommodate the Russian oligarchs and make sure we take their take their ill-begotten gains. We’re going to seize their yachts, their luxury homes, and other ill-begotten gains of Putin’s kleptocra… Yeah, kleptocracy, the klep… The guys who are the kleptocracy. (Laughs)”

“But these are bad guys. This legislative package enhances our law enforcement capabilities to seize property linked to Russia’s kleptocracy. It’s going to create new expedited procedures for forfeiture and seizure of these properties, and it’s going to ensure that when the oligarchs assets are sold off, funds can be used directly to remedy the harm Russia caused in their help.. and help build Ukraine.”

Former White House physician Ronny Jackson has issued a major warning to Americans on Joe Biden’s ability to continue serving as president in the White House. Jackson, who was previously the doctor for both Barack Obama and Donald Trump, says Biden is not mentally fit to be president.

Jackson says Biden must immediately resign to spare putting the country through more suffering. “Biden doesn’t know what’s going on with Ukraine,” Jackson says.

“He doesn’t know what’s going on with ANYTHING! He’s not cognitively capable of leading,” Jackson continued. “He needs to RESIGN before our country suffers any more.”

“The whole country is seeing his mental cognitive issues on display for over a year now, and there’s really no question in most people’s minds that there’s something going on with him, that he’s not cognitively the same as he used to be and, in my mind, not fit to be our president right now,” Jackson said during an interview last month.

“Every time he gets up and talks to the American people, it’s not just the American people that are watching him speak, it’s the whole world, and that’s part of what the problem is here.’

“He looks tired, he looks weak, he looks confused, he’s incoherent, and it sends a message of weakness all over the world, and they’re seizing up on that.”

“He’s got 40 years of tape, you can go back and look at this man, so it’s not like we don’t have anything to compare it to,” Jackson said. “You can go back and look, he’s always made gaffes, he’s always made missteps, but never like this. This is something different. These aren’t gaffes. … This is something much more serious.”

Jackson said that Biden’s mental fitness for office, or a lack thereof, “was on full display during the debacle in Afghanistan” and that it could “get more Americans killed” and “ultimately get us in a war because of his lack of leadership.”

Jackson also hit Biden in January after Biden’s widely criticized press conference, saying, “BIDEN JUST IGNORED A QUESTION ABOUT HIS COGNITIVE DECLINE! Something is WRONG with him.”

“This man IS NOT qualified to be President!!” Jackson added. “I am demanding he have a cognitive test NOW. There’s too much on the line, we need to know!”

“Biden’s ‘press conference’ is disturbing and bizarre,” Jackson added. “He’s totally disconnected from reality. He has NO IDEA what’s going on. It’s no surprise he’s been kept locked away in the basement. This is an EMBARRASSMENT.”
