It’s all political theater.

The Internet erupted after Kamala Harris used child actors in her YouTube video called “Get Curious with Vice President Harris.”

Harris spoke to a group of children about her love of science, the importance of having big dreams, and other topics.

She was immediately mocked over the stunt.

Her mannerisms also caught the viewers’ attention because she was acting “overly animated with wide-eyed enthusiasm” while speaking with the children, Fox News notes.

The RNC’s Kyle Martinsen explained, “The kids in this video were CHILD ACTORS, which makes this even more of a VEEP moment.”

“You can’t make this stuff up,” another person responded.

More from Fox News:

Following the release of the video, it was discovered that the children auditioned for the series when one child actor told a local news affiliate he submitted a monologue and was interviewed for his role.

A White House official told Fox News Tuesday morning that Harris’ office did not select the children who appeared in the video.

Critics again took to social media to mock Harris over the video, with some comparing it to the hit HBO show “Veep,” which depicts an incompetent vice president and her hapless political team.
