Fmr State Dept. Official Comes Forward, Says US Knew about Kabul Bomber Before He Attacked and ‘Denied’ Permission to Take Him Out

A bombshell report is raising a very serious allegation against the Biden administration.

Roger Pardo-Maurer, who is the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Western Hemisphere Affairs, alleged that the U.S. knew of the suicide bomber ahead of time and knew where the Kabul attack would occur.

Further, he claims that a Predator drone was locked on the bomber. Permission was requested to take out the bomber, but it wasn’t granted, Pardo-Maurer says.

These statements from Pardo-Maurer came during a recent interview. Pardo-Maurer has established his credibility in the past while serving in the State Department for years, since at least 2001.

Intelligence communications reports have already indicated that the U.S. knew the Abbey Gate at the airport was at “highest risk” and most likely where an attack would occur.

“But Pardo-Maurer went further in his interview,” RedState notes.

“He said not only did they know where and when it would happen, but that they had a Predator drone lock on the bomber, but that ‘they’ refused to grant permission to take the guy out,” the report adds.

Pardo-Maurer said, “[Permission] was requested and was denied,” he said.

“Why? Because we are in this process of negotiating with the Taliban who aren’t even in control of their own government or their own people,” Pardo-Maurer added.

Joe Biden and his administration have been widely condemned for bowing to the demands of the Taliban, even to the extent of abandoning hundreds of American citizens in the country in order to abide by the Taliban’s deadline of Aug. 31st.

Watch the interview:

South Carolina Congressman Jeff Duncan announced that he will co-sponsor articles of impeachment against Joe Biden.

Duncan is joining Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene, who filed the articles of impeachment last week.

There has been widespread condemnation of Biden over his mishandling of U.S. troop withdrawal in Afghanistan, which has led to the deaths of 13 U.S. service members and over 60 Afghanistan citizens.

Accused of inaction and incompetence, Biden has been dubbed the “Surrender-In-Chief” after being outsmarted and outmaneuvered by the Taliban.

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham also said that Biden should be impeached over the Afghanistan disaster.

Unfortunately, the effort to impeach Biden is a longshot due to the Democrats’ control in Congress.

Democrats have a small majority in the U.S. House of Representatives, which would be in charge of approving those articles.

If successful, the articles of impeachment would go to a Senate which is split 50-50. It would require 67 senators would have to vote in favor of it.

How do we know this report likely is true? Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby refused to talk about it and railed against leaking intelligence…

So is he really saying what it sounds like he’s saying? Because it sounds like he’s saying that we had the shot to take this guy out but they were afraid of angering the Taliban if they took the shot. Yikes. So not only had we outsourced our security to the Taliban. But we wouldn’t even properly protect our own people because it might disturb the enemy. We are truly living in a bizarre reality at this point with the Biden team.

I’m thinking those reporters who were questioning Kirby yesterday have to go back to him with this: What did you know and when did you know it? And who gave this order not to take the bomber out? Why was this bomber not taken down? Does this go back to Joe Biden’s famous “risk averseness?” Heads need to roll in the administration over all these failures. But, of course, the biggest problem is the failure at the top which is why everything else is such a disaster.
