Doctor Utterly Destroys New CDC Mask Guidance: ‘Not Justifiable Whatsoever,’ Will ‘Backfire Big’

Appearing on Guy Benson’s nationally syndicated radio show, Dr. Manny Alvarez offered his reaction to the CDC’s new COVID masking guidance.

The CDC suggests mandating indoor mask-wearing among many vaccinated Americans, as well as for all K-12 children in school.

Alvarez says this new policy is driven by politics, not science, and will “backfire big” on both the Biden administration and the CDC.

Alvarez adds that the confusing messaging will undermine confidence in the vaccines, which is something Alvarez fears.

Now hesitant populations will likely become even more skeptical of receiving the vaccine, given the fact the CDC and Biden administration are mandating masks despite vaccination status. Naturally, many folks are questioning the purpose of the vaccine if Americans are still forced to wear masks.

Here’s what Alvarez said:

“The messages are incredibly mixed. You know, the whole mandate of a mask for vaccinated people is, you know, really not justifiable whatsoever. You know, the facts are the facts. Vaccinated people are very well protected from hospital hospitalization, severe disease. And, you know, it allows them to feel free, you know, [this feels like] like PTSD all over again…You’re going to get a schizophrenic response….So this is just very, very poor management of how to deal with this problem. I think that this is going to backfire big on the president and it’s going to backfire big on the CDC all over again, as it did at the beginning of this whole fiasco. And, you know, I think the message should be very clear. Continue with the advocacy of vaccination, find ways to convince people in a normal way, find, you know, people you know, people that have gotten vaccinated and feel very good about it and continue with that positive education, positive education. The American people are very smart and they will make the right choice.”

Alvarez also criticized Dr. Anthony Fauci:

“I respect him as a scientist, but I don’t respect his public policies anymore…For the 70 percent that are now protected [by vaccines], let things continue to move on…This is not science. These are political and social mandates…don’t punish the children.”

The prominent liberal activist who donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Democratic candidates injected men with methamphetamine in exchange for sex, causing two deaths.

Buck was convicted by a federal jury of two counts of meth distribution resulting in death. He was also found guilty of three other charges following deliberations. The trial took two weeks. Buck, who is 66 years old, will face a mandatory minimum of 20 years in prison at his sentencing.

More from NY Post:

The verdict was handed down four years to the day after 26-year-old Gemmel Moore was found dead of a drug overdose in Buck’s West Hollywood apartment. An investigation revealed that Buck had purchased a plane ticket for Moore, who was black, to fly from Texas to Los Angeles to “party and play” with the older white man.

“The party is the drugs, the play is the sex,” Assistant US Attorney Chelsea Norell told jurors in her opening statement. “If they didn’t party, he wasn’t interested.”
