It seems that more cases continue to surface of individuals testing positive for COVID-19 despite being fully vaccinated.
One of the most recent high-profile individuals is the head coach of the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts.
A statement released by the Indianapolis Colts confirmed coach Frank Reich has tested positive.
The team wrote to social media, “Colts Head Coach Frank Reich has tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently in quarantine outside of the Grand Park Sports Campus.”

From ESPN:
“I’m fortunate to be fully vaccinated and I’m asymptomatic,” Reich said in a statement. “I’m feeling well and I’m looking forward to returning as soon as I’m medically cleared.”
Next Monday is the earliest Reich can return to camp, Colts general manager Chris Ballard said Monday.
“I think Frank testing positive and showing no symptoms shows [vaccination] works,” Ballard said. “It’s a shame in our country right now that we’ve politicized something good.”

Former President Donald Trump has officially endorsed Ken Paxton over George P. Bush in the state’s Republican attorney general primary.
Trump said Paxton is a “true Texan who will keep Texas safe” and praised the attorney general for his stances on crime, guns, border security and “election integrity.”
“Attorney General Ken Paxton has been bravely on the front line in the fight for Texas, and America, against the vicious and very dangerous Radical Left Democrats, and the foolish and unsuspecting RINOs that are destroying our Country,” Trump continued. “It is going to take a PATRIOT like Ken Paxton to advance America First policies in order to Make America Great Again,” Trump said.
This decision snubs the Bush family. George P. Bush is the son of Trump’s former GOP primary rival Jeb Bush. Jeb Bush was heavily critical of Trump and notoriously chose not to endorse Trump for president in 2016.
