Three of the Texas Democratic have reportedly tested positive for coronavirus after fleeing Texas to protest an elections integrity bill, according to Western Journal.

Now one Democratic Texas legislator, Rep. Gene Wu, has taken to Twitter to demand a national mask mandate. He wrote, “I assume that everyone ‘whistling past the graveyard’ and laughing about Democratic members testing positive have already been fully vaccinated and have no complaints about mandatory masking provisions again.” He continued, “Thank you for all the comments concerning masking. I’ll forward your request to Congress and the White House to ask that we reinstitute a national masking requirement.”

More from Western Journal:

Evidently responding to critics who noted that the Democratic lawmakers left Texas on a packed private plane without wearing masks, state Rep. Gene Wu used the actions by his own party to push for a national mandate for indoor masks… And in yet another, he wrote that he would “personally ask VP Harris and President Biden to institute a nationwide mask mandate for all indoor activities. Thank you. You made this possible,” Democratic Texas state Rep. Gene Wu tweeted.

The three Texas Democrats who were infected were all vaccinated, and would all go into quarantine for 10 days, according to the Austin American-Statesman… Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson of Texas, however, said Democrats who posted images of themselves grinning maskless for the camera on their flight to D.C. have only covered the embarrassment of leaving their posts with even more folly.

NEXT STORY: Federal Judge Rules DACA Unlawful

In Texas, a federal judge ordered an end to an Obama-era program that prevented the deportations of some immigrants brought into the United States as children, according to Western Journal.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen ruled in favor of Texas and eight other conservative states that had sued to halt the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. Hanen is barring the processing of new applications. This reportedly limits Biden’s ability to keep the program in place despite his campaign promises. This is the second ruling by a federal judge in Texas stopping Biden’s immigration plans.

More from Western Journal:

Biden has already proposed legislation that would provide a pathway to citizenship for the estimated 11 million people living in the U.S. without authorization. He also ordered agencies to make efforts to preserve the program… Supporters of DACA, including those who argued before Hanen to save it, have said a law passed by Congress is necessary to provide permanent relief. Hanen has said Congress must act if the U.S. wants to provide the protections in DACA to recipients commonly known as “Dreamers.”

Hanen’s ruling came after he held a nearly 3 1/2 hour court hearing Dec. 22 on DACA’s fate… The states argued that former President Barack Obama never had the authority in 2012 to create a program like DACA because it circumvented Congress. The states also argued the program drains their educational and healthcare resources. Suing alongside Texas were Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Carolina and West Virginia — states that all had Republican governors or state attorneys general.

NEXT STORY: Biden Suffers Another Major Legal Defeat — Third Judge Puts Stop to His Racist Farm Relief Program

A third judge has struck down the Biden administration’s multi-billion-dollar farm aid program that expressly excludes whites, according to The Daily Wire.

Judges in Florida and Wisconsin as well as a judge in Tennessee have issued a preliminary injunction to halt the race-based program, ruling against the aid program. U.S. District Court Judge S. Thomas Anderson of the Western District of Tennessee issued a preliminary injunction. This ruling will stop the Agriculture Department from delivering race-based loan payments under Section 1005 of the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan. Anderson sided with white fourth-generation farmer Robert Holman.

More from Daily Wire:

“The Court finds that Plaintiff (Holman) has shown a substantial likelihood that he will prevail on his claim that Section 1005 violates his right to equal protection under the law,” the decision said. “Absent action by the Court, socially disadvantaged farmers will obtain debt relief, while Plaintiff will suffer the irreparable harm of being excluded from that program solely on the basis of his race.”

As highlighted by Forbes, the Biden-signed American Rescue Plan “includes $4 billion in debt relief payments for farmers categorized as ‘socially disadvantaged” by the United States Department of Agriculture, primarily farmers who are Black, Hispanic, American Indian, or Asian American”… Whites, no matter their economic strains, are excluded.

NEXT STORY: Nancy Pelosi Made Millions in Big Tech Stocks That She Regulates – Greenwald

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has made millions of dollars by investing money into the stock market on companies she helps regulate, according to Newsmax investigative report by Glenn Greenwald.

Over the last 17 years, Pelosi’s wealth has reportedly increased to $115 million from $41 million. Most of her and her husband Paul’s wealth is due to “lucrative decisions about when to buy and sell tech stocks,” the report adds. Newsmax continues, “Over the last two years, almost 75% of the trading done by the Pelosis, more than $33 million, has been in Big Tech. Major legislation concerning the industry during the same time frame has been pending before the House, controlled by the committees that Pelosi oversees.”

Is there a conflict of interest? Greenwald says there is. As one example, buying and selling in Apple alone accounted for 17.7% of the Pelosis’ overall trading volume.

Pelosi is accused of having at least one private conversation with Apple CEO Tim Cook during the same period of time, reportedly discussing how pending legislation to reform Silicon Valley could have an impact. Pelosi is reportedly the sixth wealthiest member of Congress. Read the full story at Newsmax.

NEXT STORY: A Sign From God? Don Jr. Weighs In On the Lightning Strike That Wrecked the Deity-Like Mural Of George Floyd

Donald Trump Jr. suggested that the destruction of a George Floyd mural in Toledo, Ohio, might be a sign from God, according to Yahoo News. The Daily Wire reports that a lighting blast destroyed a mural of George Floyd in Toledo, Ohio. The city’s fire department released a statement confirming this information.

The mural was painted onto the side of a shuttered bar. according to Toledo’s The Blade. Artist David Ross painted the mural and believes the mural was either destroyed by an act of God or vandalism. The wall had been showing signs of weakness for some time, the report added. The report stated, “It was just age. It just came away… the Blade. “It happens to the older buildings.”

Trump Jr wrote, “This will drive some people nuts but oh well. I mean you have to wonder if someone, like a higher power, is telling us something here?!? Obviously what happened to George Floyd should never happen anywhere!!! That said, objectively speaking, given his history I’m not sure turning him into a deity and a role model for our children is exactly the right idea either.”
