According to Fox News, Jason Gillman has been accused of shooting his wife in the back of the head after an argument.
Gillman’s wife told Police that an argument had turned into a physical altercation that led to Jason Gillman shooting her.
Their 4-year-old son was asleep inside the house.
Gillman claims he didn’t mean to shoot her.
Gillman faces malicious wounding, assault during the commission of a felony, domestic battery, among other charges.
