Kim Jong Un is allegedly executing people in order to encourage his people to follow coronavirus restrictions, according to The Daily Caller.
South Korean intelligence officials said that Kim Jong Un had fully locked down Pyongyang, banned fishing from the sea, and executed two individuals.
