Former President of the United States, Barack Obama’s personal physician of 22 years openly aired his opinion of former Vice President’s health on Wednesday.

Dr. David Scheiner, told the Examiner that Joe Biden is not healthy enough to be the President of the free world.

Scheiner also noted that he was concerned for his health, and revealed that Biden could possibly be in danger of having a stroke.

Scheiner treated Obama for over two decades even before he was president.

Scheiner also explained that Biden is “not in bad shape for his age, but I wouldn’t say he’s in outstanding health…

“Could I guarantee he won’t have issues for the next four years? He has a lot of issues that are just sort of sitting there.”

As a doctor, he has of course been trained to notice certain health ques, however, he has never treated the former Vice President before.

“The details from the letter made Scheiner, 81, concerned about Biden’s potential for strokes, and he said he would want to see results from an MRI or CT scan,” according to the Examiner.

“Because Biden also used to have sleep apnea before getting surgery on his sinus and nasal passages, Scheiner said he would also like to review the results of a sleep study.”

More from the Daily Wire:

Biden released a three-page letter Wednesday attesting to his physical fitness. The letter revealed a mild heart condition, atrial fibrillation, which is treatable with medication, diet, exercise, and regular visits to a cardiologist, and that was the most concerning item on Biden’s list. He also suffers from occasional bouts with high cholesterol — as does President Donald Trump — and has acid reflux and seasonal allergies….

He “received multiple physical therapy treatments and surgeries, for various sports medicine and orthopedic injuries.”

Biden has a history of brain aneurysms, which the report acknowledges.

Biden had two aneurysms in 1988, one of which landed the then-Senator in intensive care, but the report makes no mention of any current risk, so presumably, Biden has the issue under control, though no specialists on the matter are listed among his health care professionals.

Recently, Biden was asked whether he would want Obama’s endorsement as the race narrows to a few candidates.

“No, because everyone knows I’m close with him,” Biden said, according to Politico.

“I don’t need an Obama endorsement,” Biden added.

Biden dismissed the idea that he needed an endorsement from his former boss.

“His comments came amid ongoing speculation that the former president didn’t have confidence in his former right-hand man,” Fox News reported.

Fox News also notes that Obama told Biden in 2019, “You don’t have to do this, Joe, you really don’t.”

Obama “took pains to cast his doubts about the campaign in personal terms.”

And according to a Politico Magazine story from November, Obama told another candidate that Biden didn’t have an intimate bond with the electorate like he did in 2008.

“He may have said that. And if it’s true, and he said it, there’s truth to it,” Biden reportedly said when asked about the comment.

Biden, who has led President Trump in several polls on 2020 matchups, said he couldn’t forgive himself if he passed up the opportunity to beat Trump. He initially thought he could beat Trump in 2016, but Obama reportedly pushed back because, in part, he reportedly thought former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton would be more effective in continuing his legacy.

Despite Obama’s widespread popularity among Democrats, the former president appeared to become somewhat of a liability for Biden during the race.
