Global warming activist Greta Thunberg has been criticized for lying about her experience on a German railway.
Thunberg tweeted a photo of herself sitting on the floor of a train surrounded by several bags.
The 16-year-old Swedish activist drew sympathy following the post.
Thunberg said she was travelling through the country on “overcrowded trains” on her way home from the UN climate change conference in Madrid.
However, the rail operator responded by calling out Thunberg’s lie.
Deutsche Bahn said they were pleased to have her aboard their eco-friendly train and welcomed her support “in the fight against climate change”.
The rail operator added: “It would have been even nicer if you had also reported how friendly and competent you were looked after by our team at your seat in first class.”
Greta Thunberg recently came under fire after showing her true totalitarian colors.
She threatened world leaders with death if they refuse to tackle global warming.
She told a crowd, if world leaders don’t do their jobs, “we will put them against the wall.”
