ABC News Reportedly Pushes Fake News Video On Syria, People Are Furious

ABC News is on the receiving end of scrutiny after a claim that they faked news coverage of the ongoing military conflict in Syria.

After President Trump controversially announced that the United States would be withdrawing its military presence from Northern Syria, Turkish forces immediately invaded and attacked the remaining Kurdish forces.

As ABC News reported on the series of events, they allegedly tried to pass footage of a gun range as fighting in the region. Check it out:

The “Polish Patriot” account which shared the side-by-side comparison later posted a YouTube video of the full ABC News coverage but it was removed by its owner.

Zero Hedge reports the gun range video was recorded in 2017 at the Knob Creek gun range in West Point. Here’s the original footage:
